For the price we paid, we got great value with a spacious room and comfortable beds at the hotel. The pool was clean and had warm water, which was perfect for a relaxing swim. The staff, especially Dilara, were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to provide information about Istanbul and showcasing true Turkish hospitality.
When it came to breakfast, the only thing that could have made it better was a wider variety of options to choose from.

The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options available. The highlight of the stay was definitely the amazing and spacious swimming pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with clean sheets and towels provided. , the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making our overall experience pleasant and hassle-free.

I chose Mercia Hotels & Resorts specifically because of its proximity to Sunrise Beach Kumburgaz. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and the refreshing drinks served at the bar. , the daily rich breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day.
Room 119 had a persistent damp smell that seemed to come from the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room, especially the toilets, was lacking.

the location was convenient, near the Istanbul highway, making it an ideal stopover for us. the breakfast offered a variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, and cheese, with the mercimek soup being a standout choice.
The staff, although they mostly spoke Turkish, were friendly and helpful, even providing us with an upgrade to compensate for the cigarette smell in the initial room. Cons: Everything is what I need and want.
